William Gary Morgan

Mr. William Gary Morgan, age 82, of Commerce, GA died Thursday, August 06, 2015 at Northridge Medical Center.  Mr. Morgan was born in Gadsden, AL to the late William George and Berta Lee Cook Morgan.  He was a United States Army veteran and was retired from Commerce City Schools as a music teacher and band director.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his daughters, Denise Stephens and Lisa Ruble.

            Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife, Sara Nell Evans Morgan of Commerce; daughters, Cathy Statulevicius of Cananda, Melody Broquet of SC and Lynn Duncan of Norcross; son, Mike Morgan of TX; brother, Melvin Morgan of Jacksonville, AL; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

            Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Monday, August 10 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Mr. Steve Parker officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday night from 6 to 8 PM.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
