Roy Kennith Cochran

            Mr. Roy Kennith Cochran, age 64, of Commerce, GA died Monday, August 3, 2015 at his residence.  Mr. Cochran was born in Commerce to the late John and Addie Cannon Cochran.  He was a member of The Grove and was a poultry farmer.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Cochran was preceded in death by his daughter, Dorinda Whitfield.

            Mr. Cochran is survived by his wife, Joan White Cochran of Commerce; daughters, Dianne McQillen of Commerce and Kendra Cochran of Maysville; sister, Jeanette Livingston of Hiawassee; brothers, Horace Cochran of Florida, Jimmy Cochran of Commerce, Doug Cochran and Stanley Cochran both of Jefferson; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

            Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Saturday, August 8 at The Grove with Rev. Chris Webb and Rev. Jeff Appling officiating.  Interment will follow in Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday and Friday night from 5 to 8 PM.
