Evelyn L. Scott

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Evelyn L. Scott of Jefferson, Georgia who entered into rest Tuesday, August 4, 2015.  Mrs. Scott was born in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Earl and Anna Mae Young, she was a retired sales manager.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 10, 2015 in the Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.  Mrs. Scott’s husband, Skelt Scott precedes her in death.

Survivors include a son, Robert Scott of Jefferson and daughter Ruth Ann Barlow of Newark, Ohio.  No services will be held locally.
