Jerry Lee Kimbrell

Jerry Lee Kimbrell, 65, of Gainesville passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Kennestone Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of memorial park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Tommy Harris and Rodney Richards will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 3^rd and Tuesday August 4^th from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Kimbrell was born on June 15, 1950 in Gainesville to the late Word and Cynthia Clark Kimbrell. He served in the United States Army. He was a retired construction worker and of Baptist faith.

Mr. Kimbrell is survived by his wife, Audrey Kimbrell of Gainesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Sandra Kimbrell of Gainesville, Randall and Tommie Jean Kimbrell of Gillsville; daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Robbie Simmons of Canton; daughter and fiancé, Patricia Kimbrell and Steve Jones of Canton; brothers, Bobby Kimbrell of Canton and Billy Kimbrell of Gainesville;sister, Virginia Kimbrell of Jasper; brother, Steve Kimbrell of Dawsonville; 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
