Rev. Jody Garrison will officiate. Mr. Locklear died July 29, 2015 after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Locklear, daughters and sons-in -law, Julie and Chuck Mount, Kimberley and Doug Reeves, his brother, Earl Locklear and his sister, Melba Sallings.
