Tony Abee

Tony Abee, 50 passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015.  He was a native of Dahlonega and later had moved to Conyers, GA.  Tony was a loving husband and father, who loved his family very much.  He was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church, had married his high school sweetheart and was a diesel mechanic.

Tony is preceded in death by his sister, Sonyona Abee McCrady; paternal grandparents, F.M. and Emma Abee; maternal grandparents, Reed and Grace Lathem; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Redden and Frieda Brinkley; and brother-in-law, Herman Brinkley.

He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Brenda K. Abee, of Conyers, GA; son, Ryan Abee and daughter, Emma Abee, both of Conyers, GA; mother and father, Herbert and Sandra Abee, of Dahlonega, GA; brothers, Shane Abee, of Dahlonega, GA and Kelvin Roberts, of Suches, GA.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 20, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Murrayville, GA.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 19, 2015, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
