Ira Clair Williams Crouch, age 83, of Turnerville, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 6, 2015.
Mrs. Crouch was born November 22, 1931 in Americus, Georgia to the late John Thomas Jr. and Bessie Mae Allmon Williams. She attended Bethlehem Baptist Church and The Torch. In addition to being a loving and dedicated wife and mother, she was a teacher and loved her life on the farm. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Ralph T. Crouch, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Beth Crouch Walker and Danny Walker, of Woodstock; sons and daughters-in-law, Ralph T. Crouch III and Susan V. Crouch, of Germantown, TN.; and David Lawson Crouch and Teresa G. Crouch, of Turnerville; brother and sister-in-law, John Thomas Williams III and Jane M. Williams, of Brandon, FL; 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Rev. Mike Franklin and Rev. James Franklin officiating. A private interment will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church .
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2015.
