Kenneth Walker

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Kenneth Walker, age 68 of Nicholson, Georgia who entered into rest Friday, June 19, 2015.  Mr. Walker was born in Gainesville, Georgia, the son of the late Brown and Kate Patton Walker, he was a self employed Truck Driver.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Turpin Walker of Nicholson, four sons; Jeff Walker of Lexington, Chris Walker of Commerce, Kevin Walker of Nicholson, and Tracy Walker of Commerce.  Four sisters; Linda Parker and Betty Jean Cagle of South Carolina, Sue Mealor of Jefferson and Yvonne Garrett of Gainesville.  Ten grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, June 22, 2015 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Jeff Graham, Reverend Austin Ivester and Buddy Jack Parker officiating, burial will follow in Evans Memory Gardens, Jefferson, Georgia.

The family will receive friends Saturday June 20, 2015 after noon and until 9:00 P.M. and Sunday, June 21, 2015 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
