Funeral services for Denise Hicks Taylor, age 52, of Clarkesville will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 20, 2015 from the Hillside Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow the service in Clarkesville Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor passed away June 16, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born in Hall County on September 2, 1962, Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of Reba Underwood Hicks and the late Wayne Hicks. She was a homemaker and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Frank Taylor of Clarkesville, mother Reba Underwood Hicks of Clarkesville, daughters Takisha Taylor and Alisha Taylor of Clarkesville, sister Diane Hicks Ledford and husband Ron of Alto, as well as her beloved fur baby “Pugsley”.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM.
