Bobby Jones, age 75, of Dahlonega, GA, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at his home following an extended illness.
Bobby was born in Chatsworth, GA and had lived in Lumpkin County most of his life.
He was a timber cutter and was of the Baptist faith.
He was the son of the late James Freeman Jones and Willie Mae Springfield Jones and he was also preceded in death by his sister, Faye Holloway; and brothers, Eulie Jones, J.D. Jones, and Joe Jones.
Bobby is survived by his companion of many years, Mae Saine, Dahlonega, GA; brothers, John Jones, Dahlonega, GA, Bill Jones, Danville, GA, and Ronnie Jones, Lula, GA; sisters, Marie Broome and Nell McDougald, both of Lula, GA. Numerous other relatives also survive.
