Bobby Lee Gable

Alexander Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Bobby Lee Gable, age 65 of Lula.

Mr. Gable passed away Sunday, June 7th, 2015.

Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th, 2015 from 5-8pm. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, June 11th, 2015 at 11;00am in the Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Matt Stowers officiating.  

He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, William and Willie Hill Gable; Brother Wallace Gable, Sister Patricia Savage, Brother Johnny Gable, Sister Mary Lou Elliott and, Sister Betty Jo Gable.

Mr. Gable entered this life February 12th, 1950 and was a lifelong resident of Hall County. He worked in the construction industry for a number of years and faithfully served as a co-manager of an Ingles Supermarket for 10 years.

Survivors include his three sons, Shane Gable, David Gable, and Michael Gable all of Dahlonega; his two daughters, Angela “Angie” and husband Shane Shockley of Demorest, and Michelle Bennett and husband John of London, Kentucky. He is also survived by his sisters; Willie C. (Leroy) Young, Peggy (Charlie) Haynes, Martha Tow, Ida Tanner, and Hazel Ravan as well as brothers, Ralph (Willie) Gable and Jim (Marlene) Gable
