Ralph A. Hallman

Ralph A. Hallman, age 76, of Dahlonega, GA passed away Saturday June 6, 2015 at Gold City Nursing Home in Dahlonega, GA following a period of declining health.

Ralph was a native and lifelong resident of Lumpkin County and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Lumpkin County. He retired from Lockheed Aircraft Corporation.

Ralph was the son of the late Steve and Willie Nell Lemley Hallman and was also preceded in  death by his sister, Diane Fair.

He is survived by his daughter, Pam Teal, Dahlonega, GA; granddaughter, Whitney Mendoza; sister and  brother-in-law, Mildred and Marvin Crane, Gainesville, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gordon Hallman, Dawsonville, GA, Joe L. and Connie Hallman, Dawsonville, GA, and Stevie and Faye Hallman, Gainesville, GA. Numerous other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Ralph are scheduled for 2 PM Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Antioch Baptist Church in Lumpkin County.

Rev. Bobby Whitmire and Rev. Lyman Caldwell will officiate.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Hallman will lay in state at the church on Tuesday from 1:30 PM until 2 PM.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Monday, June 8, 2015 from 5 PM until 9 PM and again on Tuesday from 10 AM until 1 PM.
