Nina Monroe Bell

Mrs. Nina Monroe Bell, age 61, of 326 Remsdale Road, Toccoa, GA, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015, at her residence.
 
A daughter of Homer Monroe and the late Bettie Sue Culpepper Monroe, she was born December 14, 1953 in Ft. Payne, Alabama, having lived most of her life in Rainsville, Alabama and in Toccoa for the past three years.  She was a Registered Nurse having worked in various hospitals during her career.  In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doug Bell, who passed away in April 2015.
 
Survivors include her father, Homer Monroe of Sylvania, Alabama; a son and daughter-in-law, Dorri and Sarah Williams of Clemson, SC; a granddaughter, Katie Williams; four brothers: Glenn Earl Monroe, Richard Monroe, Nathaniel Monroe, and Larry Monroe.
