William (Bill) Hubbard Price

Mr. William “Bill” Hubbard Price of Dahlonega passed away on May 25, 2015 following an extended illness. Bill was a native of Lumpkin County and retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of service. Mr. Price later retired from the University of North Georgia where he coached the University Rifle Team for a number of years. Bill also coached travel baseball for numerous years.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Price is preceded in death by his wife Nina Price and son Jim Price.

Mr. Price is survived by his daughter Judy (Gary) Duckworth of Dahlonega, son Phil (Debbie) Price of Dahlonega, grandchildren Nicky (Christy) Jenkins of Gainesville, Amy Smith of Dahlonega, Chris Price of Dahlonega, Jay Price of Dahlonega and special Great Grandson Chase Smith of Dahlonega.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday May 27, 2015 at 2pm in the chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home. Rev. Lyman Caldwell and Jason Daniell will be officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Dahlonega, GA. The family will receive friends Tuesday May 26 from 5pm until 9pm at Dahlonega Funeral Home.
