Jane (Clara) Christopher

Jane (Clara) Christopher, age 62, of Canton, GA passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015.  She was preceded in death by her father, John Walter Christopher.  She is survived by her mother, Lillie Mae Stone Christopher, Cumming, GA; son, John Michael Adams, Murphy, NC; son, Jackie Ray Adams (Misty), Buford, GA; grandchildren, Kimberly Victoria Medley and Lindsey Elizabeth Potanovich, Buford, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Grady and Rachel Christopher, Dawsonville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Jackie and Shelia Christopher, Canton, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Jimmy Adams, Cumming, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Johnny Staton, Cumming, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Eddie Nelson, Dawsonville, GA; brother, John Anthony Christopher, Murphy, NC; and a host of nieces and nephews.  Miss Christopher was born August 4, 1952 in Duluth, GA.  She was a daughter of Lillie Mae Stone and the late John Walter Christopher.  She was employed by Joan Glancy Hospital and later employed by KFC in Cumming.  She was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Dawsonville.  She enjoyed the outdoors and loved her family.  Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Christopher, Rev. Joe Christopher and Rev. Scott Christopher officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
