Al G. Treu

Mr. Al G. Treu, age 85, of Hoschton passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Braselton.

A Private Entombment will take place at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 15, 2015 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Treu was born February 20, 1930 to the late Alvin John and Myrtle Alldridge Treu in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and of the Lutheran Faith.  He was retired from General Foods Corp., where he had been a District Sales Manager for 25 years.  Mr. Treu enjoyed gardening and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Mr. Treu is survived by his wife, Hope Treu of Hoschton; son & daughter-in-law, Dr. Kurt & Karen Treu of Braselton; daughter & son-in-law, Pam & Tony Sherman; and 6 grandchildren.
