Roy Gene “T.J.” Taylor Jr., age 22, of Dahlonega, GA, died Sunday May 10, 2015.

“T.J.” was a native and lifelong resident of Lumpkin County. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Suzanne and Christopher Nicholson; father and step-mother, Roy and Honesty Taylor, all of Dahlonega, GA; fiancé, Bobbie Harmon and her sons, Brandon and Kristopher; sisters and brothers-in-law, Aidreanna Nicholson, Dahlonega, GA, Sarina and Daniel Conner, Jefferson, GA, Shenna and Jeffery Thrash, Cumming, GA, Victoria Passmore, Shayna Millwood, Mickenzie Morgan, and Celeste Nicholson; grandmothers, Joyce Samples and Evelyn Taylor; uncles and aunts, Danny, Bobby,  Shane and Daniella, and Doug Taylor, George Samples, Harry and Loretta Hagan, Michael O’Hagan, Maria O’Hagan, Rhonda and Jimmy Hall, Darlene Taylor, Gordy and Kerry Simon, Rita and Randall Gee, Anna Caroll, and Betsy Payne, Hazel Davis, Brenda  and Bill Tanner, Glad Davis, cousins, B.C. Stafford, Patrick O’Hagan, Carmen O’Hagan, Rebekkah Hagan, Adam Hagan, Tanya Lynn and Casey Mangum, Tammy Dyer, Floyd Swain, Beth Tanner, Mark Tanner, Eddie Tanner, B.J. and Danny Lee Grindle, Ashleigh Taylor, Donald Lee Burch, Christopher Taylor, Angel Grindle, and Brandon Miller; nephew, Isaac Conner; best friends, Chelsea, Matthew, and Jake Berry. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.

A memorial service for “T.J” is scheduled for 3 PM Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Fountain Church of God of Prophecy in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. “Bo” Robinson will officiate.
