Ruby Venable Morris

Ruby Venable Morris, age 81, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Morris, Sr., and daughter, Ruby Ellen Morris Floyd.  She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Cindy Morris, Sugar Hill, GA; grandchildren, Derrick and Amy Morris, Winder, GA, Selina and Raymond Melendez, Buford, GA, and Dakota Floyd, Sugar Hill, GA; great grandchildren, Ariana Melendez, Cheyenne Morris, Wyatt Morris, and Rayliana Melendez; first cousin, Grace Smith, Sugar Hill, GA; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and caregiver, Joycelyn Thrasher, Buford, GA.  Mrs. Morris was born March 1, 1934 in Buford, GA.  She was a 1951 graduate of Sugar Hill School.  She was a homemaker and member of Sugar Hill Baptist Church.
