Pauline Garrett O’Kelley Williams

Pauline Garrett O’Kelley Williams, age 88 of Gainesville, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a brief illness.       

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Reverend Jimmy Sargent and Reverend Tom Etterlee officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 08, 2015 from 5:00-9:00pm at the funeral home.          

Mrs. Williams was born November 27, 1926 in Blairsville, Georgia to the late Thomas William Garrett and the late Laura Elizabeth Chastain Garrett. She was retired from the Hall County School System where she worked in the cafeteria at North Hall. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in White County. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Thomas Coy Williams.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughter, Delores O’Kelley of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Lawton and Connie O’Kelley of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Michelle Williams of Cleveland; step-daughter and husband, Joyce and Troy Dockery of Blairsville; granddaughter and husband, Brandi and Jarrod Bingham; granddaughter, Kayla and Sean Hart; grandson, Bradley Williams and 4 great-grandchildren.
