Kathleen Rose Holubowicz Neal, 69, died on April 24, 2015. She was born to Georgette May Shaffer Holubowicz and John Joseph Holubowicz in Danville, Pennsylvania.
Kathy was the oldest of four children. She was a resident of Georgia for 40 years and was employed by Kaplan University where she was responsible for student financial aid. Kathy was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as a teacher in the Primary Program and was a wonderful visiting teacher. She loved photography, art, reading, gardening, and serving others. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a special friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son William Douglas Neal of Duval Washington; her daughters Elizabeth Anne Neal of Newport, Tennessee and Georgia Irene Neal Hall of Sugar Hill, Georgia; and six grandchildren. She is also survived by her three sisters, Desiree Magney of Chevy Chase, Maryland; Debby Thomas of Manakin Sabot, Virginia; and Linda Rhine of Steubenville, Ohio.
The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the LDS Church, 510 Brannon Road, Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, May 2 from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
