Charles Wayne McFarlin

Mr. Charles Wayne McFarlin, age 64 of 3 Matheson Drive, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Atlanta VA Medical Center.

A son of the late George and Mae Dean Arron McFarlin, he was born October 25, 1950 in Stephens County, having lived most of his life in Lithonia and in Toccoa the last 15 years.  He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, employed with Stephens County Sheriff’s Department as a deputy for a number of years and later employed with the Cornelia Police Department.

Survivors include his sister, Sandra Connell of Conyers, Georgia; two aunts, Mary Hallford and Ossie Adams both of Toccoa.

No services or visitation planned.
