Curtis E. Jarrard

Mr. Curtis E. Jarrard, age 84, of Braselton passed away Monday, April 20, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Braselton.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park South Cemetery. Rev. Cory Sexton will officiate.  The family received friends 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Jarrard was born on July 9, 1930 to the late Jason Jarrard & Martha Dodd in Murrayville.  He was a member of Walnut Fork Baptist Church and had worked in construction for Baker & Baker Construction Company.  He was preceded in death by wife, Arylene Jarrard and brother, J.W. Jarrard.

Mr. Jarrard is survived by son & daughter- in-law, Jimmy & Sara Jarrard of Braselton; daughter & son-in-law, Elaine & Steve Dodson of Flowery Branch; 4 grandchildren, Jason & Joey Jarrard; Michael Dodson & Amy Dodson Smith; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Humphries; and several nieces & nephews.
