Charles Lewis

Charles James Lewis, age 3, of Dahlonega, GA passed into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, April 15, 2015.

He was preceded in death by great-grandfather, Charles Rowe and great-grandmother, Mary Bailey.

Charlie was a lifelong resident of Lumpkin County and attended Dahlonega Assembly of God.

Charlie is survived by his parents, Tayler and Myron Ward, Dahlonega, GA and Caleb Lewis, Cleveland, GA; brother, Chase Ward, Dahlonega, GA; grandparents, Michelle and Rodney Price, Dahlonega, GA, Missy and Larry Williams, Braselton, GA, James Lewis, Odenville, AL, Angela Kendall, Dahlonega, GA, Wayne and Linda  Pirkle, Toccoa, GA , Fran and Durwood Smith, Woodstock, GA; great-grandparents, Joyce Rowe, Hiram, GA, Clyde and Cathy Weaver, Alto, GA, James Glen and Beverly Ann Lewis, Rome, GA, Bob and Erlene  Kendall, Blue Ridge, GA; aunts, Kristina Smith, Dahlonega, GA, Kattie Rodriguez, Dahlonega, GA, and Mikaela Harvey, Braselton, GA. Numerous other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Charlie are scheduled for 1 PM Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Dahlonega Assembly of God.

Rev. Steve Landers, Rev. Jerry Abercrombie, and Rev. Scott Collett will officiate.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 4 PM until 9 PM and again on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 9 AM until service time.
