Mike Carter

Mike Carter, age 61, of Auburn, GA passed away April 10. A native and lifelong resident of Barrow County, he was a son of the late Robert L. and Mary Edwards Carter. Carter was an employee of Johns-Manville.

Surviving are son, Chris Carter of Auburn, daughters, Selena Carter of Watkinsville and Tiffany Brooks of California, eight grandchildren, and sister Lena Brown of Auburn.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. April 13 in the chapel of Carter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Appalachee Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. April 12 at the funeral home.
