Anita Joyce Kelley

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Anita Joyce Kelley, age 62, of Commerce, who passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Mrs. Kelley was born in Athens, GA a daughter to the late Peggy Evans and the late James Kelley. Mrs. Kelley was a Sales Associate for Wal-Mart and in addition to her parents, was preceded in death by her son, Rodney W. Brown.

Survivors include her daughter, Kimberley Keller of Jefferson; step-father, Alonzo Evans of Bogart; sisters, Deborah Buffington of Barnwell, SC, Brenda Cox of Watkinsville; brothers, Doug Howard of Lexington, Kenny Howard of Winterville, Jeffery Evans of Comer; grandchildren, John Garrett, Jimmy Garrett, Adrian Garrett, Miguel Garrett, Kayla Garrett, Eric Torres, Christian Brown and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 12:30-2:00pm at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service. The burial will follow in the Evans Memory Gardens.
