Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Rebecca Sailors, age 73, of Maysville, Georgia who entered into rest Wednesday, April 8, 2015.  Mrs. Sailors was born in Hoschton, Georgia the daughter of the late Grady and Geraldine Cash Langford, was a graduate of Young Harris College, a retired teacher / parent coordinator with Head Start, and was a member of Dry Pond United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; Larry Sailors of Maysville, son; Richard Sailors and his wife Paige of Maysville, daughter; Pam Sailors of Springfield, Missouri, one grandson; Ashton Sailors of Maysville, one sister; Christa Sue Pickett of Albany and special friend of the family; Lauren Laughlin.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 11, 2015 from the Dry Pond United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Dry Pond United Methodist Church Cemetery.  Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are Mark Pickett, Scott Pastor, Roger Cash, Dwight Langford, Albert Sailers, Phillip Merk, Ed Adams and Ashton Sailors.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Friday, April 10, 2015, 6:00 – 8:30 P.M., flowers are optional, memorials may be made to the Dry Pond United Methodist Church Cemetery, 90 Plainview Road, Maysville, Georgia  30558.
