Sally Jo Buskill Hull, age 81, of Cornelia, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015.
Born on October 24, 1933, in Galveston, Texas, she was a daughter of the late Norman Griffin and Merle Bassett Buskill. Mrs. Hull was a member of Cornelia 1st Presbyterian Church and was the former owner of Hull Enterprises. She served as vice president of MEYN USA and was a patriotic and community oriented person. She enjoyed antiques, having owned and operated two stores, gardening, bird watching and the Antique Road Show.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Denison Hull, III.
Survivors include daughters, Leslie Hull-Kimball of Greenville, South Carolina, Lelia Hull Francisco of Fayetteville, Georgia and Susie Stapleton Underwood of Cornelia; grandchild, Leslie Jane Francisco Brown (Andrew) of Atlanta; twin brother, Norman Griffin Buskill, Jr. of Murfreesboro, North Carolina; sisters, Jane Doss of Lake Arrowhead, Georgia and Honey Dews of Rome, Georgia.
Memorial services are 2 pm Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Cornelia 1st Presbyterian Church with Rev. Jason Edwards and Rev. Blaine Walker officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Myrtle Hills Cemetery in Rome, Georgia.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Friday at the funeral home.
