Robert Lee

Robert “Bob” Alan Lee age 67 of Dahlonega passed away on April 7, 2015.  Robert was born in Jacksonville, Florida and then moved to Dahlonega in 1976.  He loved spending time with his family and had a passion for animals.  Mr. Lee was with the Florida National Guard for 6 years and later began his career at SKF USA Inc in Flowery Branch were he began as an entry level and later retired as a Human Resource Manager.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Kenneth Alton Lee and Elizabeth Ormond Cagle Lee, infant daughter; Tracy Elizabeth Lee, Father In Law A.G. Wimpy.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Jackie Wimpy Lee, sons Jason Dobbs Lee and wife Robin Smith Lee of Saraland, AL; Alan Carter Lee and wife Andrea Deese Lee of Dahlonega, GA; brother; James Madison Lee and wife Kathy of Ovido, Fl; sister; Virginia Lee Tillotson and husband Dan of Clearwater, FL; mother in law, Kathleen Billie Wimpy of Dahlonega; grandchildren Jacob Dobbs Lee and Anna Kline Lee of Saraland, AL; Carter Henry Lee, Madison Elizabeth Lee, and Eleanor Tate Lee of Dahlonega, GA.  Numerous other nieces, nephews, and other family also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home on Saturday April 11, 2015 at 3pm.

Family will receive friends on Saturday April 11, 2015 from 1pm until service time.
