William 'Bill' Berger

William “Bill” Berger, of Hoschton, GA and the Deaton Creek Community, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.  He is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Joyce Berger; children, Kathleen Shaver and husband Mike, Hunt Valley, MD, William Berger, Jr. and wife Chris, Novato, CA, Gary Berger and wife Joan, Cockeysville, MD, Janeen Berger, Tybee Island, GA, Derek Berger and wife Ayako, Alpharetta, GA, Diana  Dowd and husband Robert, Dallas, GA; three step children, Ronald Moeller and wife Paty, Glendora, CA, Scott Moeller and wife Paulette, Oceanport, NJ, and Diane Hoxie and husband Jack, Grayson, GA; eighteen grandchildren; and brother, Richard Berger and wife Jackie, Timonium, MD.  Mr. Berger was born in Baltimore, MD.  He was retired from TRW Customer Service Division after thirty years of service.  He attended Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church, Dacula, GA.  A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, April 13, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church, 1450 Pine Road, Dacula, GA, with Rev. Jason Mincey officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center, 2150 Limestone Pkwy, Ste 222, Gainesville, GA 30501, in memory of William Berger.
