Obituary Date: Tuesday, April 7, 2015

Winnie Haynes age 87 of Gainesville, Ga., died tuesday April 7, 2015 at her residence. Services are scheduled for 2 pm friday April 10, 2015 at the Cool Springs Baptist Church, the Rev. Ricky Stone and the Rev Dean Townley will officiate, burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 pm Thursday April 9, 2015 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Haynes was born in Hall county, she was the Widow of Byron Haynes and a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church, she was well known for her sweet spirit and laugh and for the beautiful quilts she made. In addition to her husband Mrs. Haynes was preceded in death by her 5 brothers - Lewis, Floyd, Homer, Luther Ellis and Lloyd T. Major.

Survivors include - great niece and great nephews, Barbara & Sammy Loggins and Larry Robinson as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
