Ruby G. Owensby

Mrs. Ruby G. Owensby, age 91, formerly of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 in Escondido, California, where she lived for the past 15 years.  Her daughter, Sara Weiler was at her side.

Memorial graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 3:00 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery. 

Mrs. Owensby was preceded in death by her husband, Jewel Owensby and 3 sons, Michael, Bobby and Jerry Savage. 

Mrs. Owensby is survived by her sister, Annie Shubert of Commerce, step-daughters & son-in-law, Joann & Willard Wofford of South Carolina and Annette Elrod of Maysville, 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
