Edna Sudderth Howington

Edna Sudderth Howington, age 91, of Buford, GA passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Rev. Ralph Howington; parents, J. D. and Rona May Sudderth; son-in-law, William Grey; sisters, Frances Mullinax and Lois Farmer; and brother, Walter Sudderth. She is survived by her children, Shirley Grey, Rome, PA, and Vickie Gilleland, Fayetteville, GA; son-in-law, Carl Victer, Fayetteville, GA; grandchildren, Pamela and Todd Morgan, Vero Beach, FL, and Mike and Caren Grey, Pensacola, FL; four great grandchildren; brothers and sister-in-law, Troy and Barbara Sudderth, Homer, GA, and W. H. Sudderth, Suwanee, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Howington was born April 27, 1923 in Buford, GA. She was a homemaker and member of Liberty Baptist Church, Buford, GA. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. C. T. Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
