Brenda Joyce Jones Ivester

Mrs. Brenda Joyce Jones Ivester, age 65 of 208 Abby Lane, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital.

A daughter of the late Calvin and Beatrice Kennedy Jones, she was born September 18, 1949 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was employed with Standard Register for a number of years and was a member of The Pointe Church.

Survivors include her husband of the home, Sammy Ivester; son and daughter-in-law, Wes and Ashley Ivester of Jefferson, Georgia; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Lula Jones, Dale and Brenda Jones and Danny and Brenda Jones all of Toccoa; mother-in-law, Emma Ivester of Toccoa.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 27, 3 O'clock PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Dennis Rafala and The Reverend Chad Smith officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Ray Bell, Kevin Jones, Charles Hicks, Greg Jones, Harold Atkinson and Johnny Gore.

The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Jones, 120 N. Abby Lane, Toccoa, Georgia and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM and on Friday from noon until the service time.

Entombment will follow at Stephens Memorial Mausoleum with The Reverend Sammy Cutshall officiating. Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Brenda Joyce Jones Ivester.
