Susan Tucker Moore

Obituary Date: Saturday, March 14, 2015
Susan Tucker Moore was born at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, GA on April 25th, 1953. Her family moved to Winter Park in 1967 where she attended Altamonte Elementary School, South Seminole Jr High and Lyman High School. Her family were active members at First Baptist Church of Winter Park, FL where she made the decision to follow Jesus at a young age and was baptized. Susan passed away due to complications from a Bone Marrow Transplant.

Susan was an active member of Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, Ga. She was very involved with her bible fellowship group and always enjoyed fellowship at her home. She was a living example of Christ's love and compassion for others. Susan never met a stranger and loved with all of her heart. The most important things in her life were relationships, her abiding faith in God, her endearing love for her family, time invested in nurturing friendships and her continuous effort to show Christ's love to everyone she met.

Susan was a devoted mother and grandmother aka "Bobo" who would do whatever was needed for her 3 kids and 8 grandchildren. She loved her "Emma's Garden" and her work in the garden picking strawberries with her grandchildren. She loved to shop for bargins, travel, hanging with her friends and family, visiting friends and was a lover of New Smyrna Beach. She had a great sense of humor with a big big heart of gold that would infect anyone who crossed her path. She will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her husband Keith, her three children Ryan (Jennifer), Ansley (Dave) and Chris (Susan) and sister Gayle. Susan has eight grandchildren, Sage Klein, Oscar Beacham, Reah Moore, Levi and Lila Kate Moore, Zeke and Fender Wolfe, and Lewis Moore. Also lots of very special nieces and nephews.

A Grande Service will be held at Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, Georgia at 2:30pm. A visitation will be before the service at 1:00pm at Blackshear Place Baptist Church.

The family would like to thank everyone from the ICU and the Bone Marrow Unit at Northside Hospital of Atlanta.
