Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Harry Ellis Beatty, age 69, of Hull, Georgia, who passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Mr. Beatty was born in Talmo, Georgia, a son to the late Clarence Enos Beatty and the late Ruby Lee Irvin Beatty. Mr. Beatty was a professional Truck Driver for 44 years and was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents, Mr. Beatty was preceded in death by his son, Clarence Duane Beatty, brothers, A.J., Gene, Howell and Byron Beatty.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Marie Beatty of Hull, children, Sheila Martinez, Florence, KY, Shannon Jones, Doraville, Jeffrey Beatty, Clermont, Stephanie Martinez, Gainesville, Rebecca Beatty, Hull, Dixie White, Amarillo, TX, Jeremy Clark, Paterson, NJ, Julie Clark, Harvard, Idaho; sister, Hazel Carroll, Jefferson; 16 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren also survive.
The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-2pm at Evans Funeral Home prior to the service.
