Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Virginia Craven "Ginny" Langford, age 62 of Commerce, Georgia who entered into rest Thursday, March 12, 2015. Mrs. Langford was born in Annapolis, Maryland, the daughter of the late Sam Craven and the late Edith Bumgardner, was of the Methodist faith and was a retired secretary from the Jefferson City School System.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Kenneth Langford of Commerce, daughter Heather Hart and her husband Darrell of Jefferson, son; Bryon Langford and his wife Kim of Commerce, daughter; Stephanie McGinnis of Commerce, sister; Diane Clark and her husband Hugh of Seneca, South Carolina. Seven grandchildren, Audrey, Samantha, Kaylee, Hudson, Haylen, Austin and Cahley also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, March 15, 2015 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oconee Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 2
