Jimmy Lee Moore

Mr. Jimmy Lee Moore, age 74, of Nicholson, GA died Friday, March 6, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Moore was born in Jefferson to the late Mell and Grace Miller Moore. He was a member of Crooked Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Gold Kist.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Freeman.

Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Brenda Gail Watson Moore of Nicholson; children, Steven Moore and Delores Moore both of Athens, Edna Damron of Nicholson and Janie Whitehead of Clarksville, TN; brothers, Cecil Moore of Nicholson, Raymond Moore, Thomas Moore, Paul Moore and Johnny Moore all of Athens; sisters, Patricia Wages of Monroe, Barbara Lane of Athens and Mary Willoughby of Commerce.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Monday, March 8 at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Stowers and Rev. Jessica Nix officiating.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
