Dorothy Sue Bryson Dotson

Mrs. Dorothy Sue Bryson Dotson, age 83, of Clarkesville, GA, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Habersham Medical Center.



Born February 23, 1932 in Dillard, GA, she was a daughter of the late Edward Hayes and Dora Elizabeth Watts Bryson and was the widow of Andrew E. Dotson.



She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church and was retired from Coats and Clark with 22 years of service.



Family members include daughters and a son-in-law, Angie and Benny Jarrell of Clarkesville and Kay Jarrard of Toccoa; son, Dale Dotson of Baldwin; son, Ronnie E. Dotson of Baldwin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lou Dalrymple, Joyce and Ben Camp, and Betty and Bill Myers; seven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be held at three o'clock Saturday, March 7, 2015 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Swayne Carlton officiating.



Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.



The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Dwayne Dotson, Chris Jarrell, Shane Dotson, Christopher Thomas, Steven Brittain, Steve Collier, Justin Jarrard, and Chuck Dalrymple.



The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 2-4 and 6-8 Friday.



The family will be at the home of Angie Jarrell.
