Boyd Franklin Carroll

Mr. Boyd Franklin Carroll, age 76, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.



Born December 20, 1938 in Hart County, GA, he was a son of the late John Boyd and Wylton Jeanette South Carroll and step-mother, Janie Bruce Carroll.



He was a member of The Pointe and was employed with NAM-PAC.



Family members include his wife, Brenda Ellard Carroll; son and daughter-in-law, Steve Carroll and Barbara Marie Pritchard of Toccoa; daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Danny Cash, Deanne and Allen Thompson, all of Toccoa and Kim and Scott Carroll of Atlanta; step-daughter and her husband, Carla and Michael Smith of Toccoa;, step-son, Tim Taylor of Toccoa; grandchildren, Zac Carroll, Kylee Caudell Fowler, Dacen Cash, Lexie Cash, Brianna Carroll, Saren Carroll, and Destiny Estep; step-grandchildren, Zach Smith, Josh Smith, Chandler Smith, Elizabeth Motes, and Tara Taylor; great-grandson, Cade Caudell; step-great-grandchildren, Landon Motes, Alexa Motes, and Jace Motes; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Linda Carroll of Chickamauga, GA.



Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Thursday, March 5, 2015 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Jerry Chitwood and the Rev. Dennis Rafala.



Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.



The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Zac Carroll, Dacen Cash, Levi Motes, Zach Smith, Josh Smith, and Chandler Smith.



The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm
