Grady Paul Grindle

Mr.Grady Paul Grindle, age 62, of Dahlonega, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at his sister's residence following an extended illness.


The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm at Gillsville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.


Mr. Grindle was born November 24, 1952 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Woodrow Grindle and Nellie Beatrice Chambers Grindle. He graduated from South Hall High School, was employed with Fieldale Farms Poultry for 29 years and served in the U.S. Army for 13 years. Grady was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Jeanette Abercrombie Grindle.


Mr. Grindle is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Delilah & William Mayhue of Pendergrass, son & daughter-in-law, Jeremy & Christy Grindle of Jefferson, daughters & sons-in-law, Sarah & Gary Andrew of Franklin, North Carolina and Renee & Keith Weaver of Winder, grandchildren, Brody & Marlee Grindle, Jacob Mayhue, Leona Andrews and Jessie, sister, Blanche Agans of Gillsville, sisters & brothers-in-law, Rachel & J.C. Gearin of Murrayville and Willie Mae & Leroy Presley of Murrayville, brothers & sisters-in-law, Donald & Loraine Grindle of Oakwood and Fred & Sherry Grindle of Gillsville and a number of nieces and nephews.
