Vicente Galvan

Mr. Vicente Galvan, age 73 of Gillsville, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm at St. Michael Catholic Church with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Father Peter Pedroza will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 4 - 8 pm at the funeral home.


Mr. Galvan was born May 22, 1942 in Durango, Mexico to the late Tomas Barraza and Adela Gayton. He was a retired farmer and of the Catholic Faith.


Mr. Galvan is survived by his children, Martin Galvan of Gainesville, Mario Galvan of Mexico, Meliton Galvan of Gainesville and Tomasa Galvan of Mexico.
