Margaret Singleton Hayes

Margaret Singleton Hayes, age 84, of Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hayes, Jr.; sons, Billy Hayes and Donny K. Hayes, Sr.; parents, Clifford and Lillie Britt Singleton; and six brothers and sisters of the Singleton family. She is survived by her caregiver, Evelyn Lott, Buford, GA; grandsons, Donny Hayes, Jr. and Deion Hayes; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Hayes was born August 16, 1930 in Norcross, GA. She was a graduate of Lilburn High School. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2015 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Crocker and Chaplain Steve Severs officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 15, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
