Hyman (Malise) Brown

Mrs. Hyman (Malise) Brown, age 91, of Commerce, GA died Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Brown was born in Danielsville to the late Dallas and Mary Elizabeth Whitworth McElroy. She was a member of Hudson River Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Hyman Brown.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her sons, Don Brown and Phil Brown both of Commerce; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Friday, February 13 at Hudson River Baptist Church with Rev. Russ Brown and Rev. Troy Herbert officiating. Interment will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday night from 5 to 8 PM.
