Dorothy Grant Williams

Dorothy Grant Williams, age 95 of Forsyth County, previously of Woodstock, GA in Cherokee County, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. She was a member of Cherokee Baptist Church in Woodstock. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie F. Williams; daughter, Barbara DiGiacomo; brother, Harry Grant; sister, Kathleen Sweat.



Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Les and Susan Williams of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Joe Thornton of Hampton; son-in-law, John DiGiacomo of Toccoa; grandchildren, Mark Smith, Allison Perry, Kristin Mayernick, David Williams, April Tidwell, Lesley Mabbott, Daniel Williams; great grandchildren, Crystal Croft, Chelsea Wallace, Chris Foeste, Megan Mayernick, Whitaker Williams, Dutch Williams, Boaz Mabbott, Abigail Mabbott, Titus Mabbott, Elizabeth Mabbott, Joy Tidwell; 4 great great grandchildren.



Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 8th at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Mabbott officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 12:00 noon until hour of the service.
