Dean Watson Beatty

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Dean Watson Beatty, age 85 of Pendergrass, Georgia who entered into rest Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Mrs. Beatty was born in Jackson County, Georgia the daughter of the late Bud and Dessie Cannon Watson, was a homemaker and a member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Beatty is preceded by her husband A.J. Beatty and nine brothers and sisters.

Survivors include Daughter; Sue Linn of Zebulon, granddaughter; Deana Smith and her husband Raymond of Macon, two great grandchildren; Madison Grace and James Cooper and a sister Betty Boyd of Pendergrass and a dear friend Lisa.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 7, 2015 from the Mountain Creek Baptist Church with Jason Hollis and Doug Pinion officiating with burial to follow in the Mountain Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are Michael Cox, Bill Cook, Glenn Martin, Clelle Kinney, E.D. Jameson and Roy Evans. The family will receive friends at the Church 10
