Grady M. Day

Grady M. Day, age 72, of Dacula, GA passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellen and Nelson Day; brother, Eugene Day; and sister, Sarah Day. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Wendell and Kay Day, Dacula, GA; sister, Brenda Mundy, Dacula, GA; nephew, Jason Mundy, Dacula, GA; and several cousins. Mr. Day was born March 27, 1942 in Buford, GA. He was retired as a furniture upholsterer and was of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 1, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Puckett and Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Interment will follow at New Bethany Baptist Church cemetery, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
