Curtis Odell Savage

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. Curtis Odell Savage of Westminister,
South Carolina formerly of Cornelia. Mr. Savage passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015. Funeral
services are scheduled for 3:30pm, Saturday,January 31, 2015 in the fuernal home chapel with, Rev.
George Dean and Rev. Alvin Burns officiating. Interment will follow in New Baptist Church Cemetery
Curtis was born in Habersham County on June 11, 1933 to the late Burt Curtis Savage and Martha
Woodall Savage. He served with honor in the United States Army and retired from both Clarkesville Mill
and Fieldale. Curtis is preceded in death by his son Curtis Odell Savage Jr,, daughter, Cheryl Savage and
sister Frances Smith
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Lee Flanagan Savage of Westminister, S C; son and daughter in law,
Richard and Patricia Savage of Westminister, SC ; brother, Wayne Savage of Alto and grandchildren,
Kane Savage, Kylie Savage, Tammy Shedd, Andy Shedd and Amanda Flanagan; seven great
grandchildren and one great great grandchild
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 to 9pm.
