Sadie M. Wells

Sadie M. Wells, age 89, of Buford GA passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Wells, and daughter, Margaret Ann Zywicki. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jan Hughes Wells, Flowery Branch, GA; son-in-law, Joe Zywicki, Nazareth, PA; grandchildren, Michael Heath Wells, Heather Marie Childs, Veronica Ashley Newson, Joseph Zywicki, Robert Zywicki, Whitney Marshall, and Jerica Marshall; six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wells was born September 25, 1925 in Easton, PA. She was a resident of the Holiday Road retirement community in Buford. She was a 1943 graduate of Easton Area High School and was retired from Mack Printing in Easton. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch, GA where she was a member of the Resurrection Choir, Bereavement Reception Group and Respect Life Group. She was also a member of the Golden Gators group. A Mass of Resurrection will be held Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 6439 Spout Springs Road, Flowery Branch, GA 30542 with Father Eric Hill to serve as Celebrant. The family will receive friends at the church prior to and following the service. Inurnment will be held at a later date at the Northampton Memorial Shrine, Easton PA, Palmer Township. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prince of Peace Catholic Church Capital Campaign in memory of Sadie Wells.
