Carolyn Maggie Beach Bonds

Carolyn Maggie Beach Bonds, age 89 of Gainesville, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Pruitt Health Lanier following an extended illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Earl Pirkle will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 2 - 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bonds was born March 23, 1925 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late William Beach and Ella Cathy Beach. She was retired from Pacolet New Holland Textile Mill, where she worked for 38 years. Carolyn was a member of Central Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Leilan Bonds, her sisters, Idell Kemp, Flora Beach, Dorothy Beach and Margie Nell Beach and her brothers, James Beach, Ellis Beach and Royce Beach.

Mrs. Bonds is survived by her sister-in-law, Ella Mae Beach of Duluth, Georgia and a number of nieces and nephews.
