Charles Denford (Denny) Hallman, Jr

Charles Denford (Denny) Hallman, Jr., 54 of Lula passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Athens Regional Hospital following a sudden illness.


Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Chris Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.


Mr. Hallman was born on December 24, 1960 in Gainesville to Brenda Lawayne Savage Hallman and late Charles Denford Hallman, Sr., He was a heavy equipment operator for Strickland and Sons and was of the Baptist faith.


Mr. Hallman is survived by his wife, Donna Hallman of Lula; daughter and son-in-law, Brooke and Brian Green of Lula; son and daughter-in-law, Derek and Charlotte Hallman of Lula; son, Michael Hallman of Lula; mother, Brenda Hallman of Lula; brothers, Lee and Wesley; sisters, Regina, Julie and Wendy; granddaughter, Abbie Lou; grandsons, Braxton, Curtis, Kayman, Dustin and Brayden; several nieces and nephews.
